Republic City High School - Beifong Clan Sketch

Are you excited? We're nearing chapter thirty, and from me to you, shit's bout to go down. (muahahaha) So in celebration of us getting this far with the story, I've prepared a visual of the entire Beifong Clan, and look at the pretty colors! Just a quick sketch, but I figured someone out there might enjoy it. -shrugs-

From left to right:

Rinzen is the oldest of Lin Beifong's children, and the only of them to bear tradition blue-colored arrows. Considered an airbending prodigy, he received his arrows at a very young age for translating his grandmother's "blind" earthbending tyle into airbending. He's introverted, quiet, and extremely protective of his family.

Kiran, in the background, is the oldest of the Beifong Clan, and also the provider for the family. He makes his living working at Republic City High School as an instructor by day, and in the evenings he works a collection of other jobs to supply for his younger siblings. He's the only member of the Beifong Clan who is actually not a Beifong, being actually the youngest child of Tenzin and Pema.

Katara is technically the youngest of the Beifong Clan, but her twin is only an hour older than her. She's extremely shy and delicate, relying on Rinzen a lot for support. She has trouble sticking up for herself, and for unrevealed (so far) reasons, Rinzen is more protective of her than any of his other siblings.

Toph is one of the second set of twins in the Beifong Clan. Compared to her barely-younger sister, Katara, she's much more bubbly and active. She likes teasing, and is almost never caught in a bad mood. Generally, she's very easy to get along with.

Raiden is the younger of the "twin storms," along with his brother, Bagyo. Together they usually form a fighting team, but show different temperaments. Raiden is usually difficult to anger, but once triggered, he doesn't hold back.

Bagyo is the older of the "twin storms." He has a slightly darker complexion than his twin brother, Raiden, and a drastically different personality. Bagyo is generally easier to taunt than Raiden, and gets into fights more often. When he does, they tend to drag out longer because he enjoys "playing" with his opponent, especially one that angers him. Among friends, he's very gentle and accepting.


For those interested: There's also something in this picture that might seem off. It's for a reason. I'm wondering if anyone will notice it....
